One of the reasons the Tea Party movement is misunderstood is that it's incoherent.

They have scored some victories in Republican primaries, and they have had some defeats, in both primary and general elections. Polls indicate that most Americans don't support them. In fact, the numbers seem to indicate that they are a small minority.

But now that I've had the chance to response to you, I'm content to let the voters speak as well.
