Just a LOI, for now. Lots of details missing for this reverse merger proposal. The 'other' 20 % will not all go to current Doral shareholders, imo and going with other RM. The news did move the stock a little but it just closed around .03 and may have difficulty holding that. Waiting for more details... alen
