... and not receiving tax dollars to pay for drug-related medical problems... and they should be jailed for using illicit drugs while while receiving food stamps, ADC, and/or other public assistance. And their jail time should be at hard labor -- chain gangs earning their keep -- not lounging in front of flat-screen TVs, playing in recreational areas, sodomizing fellow inmates, etc.

I agree with you -- let the addicts weed themselves from the gene pool.
