When the budget was set up 12 years ago, Clinton's CB budgeted for 6 trips to your house. The better trained Obama CB only needed 5.
They only came to my place twice. Once way back to find out the address, when I told them, "Be sure and use POBs for everybody, cuz there is no mail delivery", and once in May, when they asked me 10 questions, and I told them "I told you to mail to the POBs". They had budgeted me for 3, but I told her where all the neighbors live, and which properties had no people, so she didn't need to come back.
I've never had a census taker inside my doors, and, when I was a census taker, think I only went in about 3 houses, but the Hog Farm would only let me interview them if I came to dinner, so I sort of had to. |
