In Diamond's case, style does not translate to
substance. There are aninordinate amount of
complaints concerning Diamond products available
from Usenet and searchable using search engines
like DejaNews. In addition, acs.tamu.edu
contains over 67 complaints against Diamond Multimedia
regarding poor customer service.

U.S. Robotics beat Supra to the punch by releasing a
33.6k modem more than a year before a comparable
Supra model was available. There have been problems
with the low-end USR Sportster line, but Courier owners
couldn't be happier, particularly given continued Flash ROM
upgrades.
