To consider the CBO report as a minor data point rather than an authoritative certainty that we should defer to. (And that's if this is new analysis based primarily off those reports, if its what they did before, and then again very recently, plugging their conclusions in to their process, then its worthless, not even a data point to seriously consider.)

But you didn't answer the question.

So far we have two lines of thought:

1. The stimulus created 3M jobs - CBO analysis
2. The stimulus did not create 3M jobs - Tim Fowler's word

See the problem. If their approach doesn't suit you what's your approach, other than to pee on theirs?
