I agree with your analysis of the RAIN outlook.Did your get any info out of Montgomery?I was thinking that after the 4Q Report (with a huge Xmas buying lust boost ) might be a good time.I'm not sure on the mechanics of when the underwriter's set the offering price on secondaries but I would think RAIN management would hold out for post 4Q with a full Q of DW and the Xmas boost reflected in the offering price.It would be nice to raise 100M but who knows?
