Cohen & Steers funds (RNP, RQI) hike payout ! these are leveraged CEV funds (Closed end funds) RNP (leveraged REIT & preferred) distribution hiked by 50% RQI (leveraged REIT) distribution hiked by almost 100% Let's stay tuned for the ensuing price action in RNP and RQI going forward Message 26824158 Yield in RNP and RQI which I receommended some time ago now shows 9.5%.
