I mean to collect some around this level since the potential would seem to far outweigh any risk. I seems extremely likely that the California money-slingers will dump truckloads of cash on them upon any significant happening. CO2 reducing conversion to gasoline is every Green freak's dream; so it's good for the country and very good for the low $ entry holders as well.

I can't think of the name of the very successful CA company right now, but they produce Biodiesel from algae. They got funded at about this stage and went huge.
