"90 square miles per side" is a nonsensical statement. You apparently mean a 90 mile per side square. That's 8100 square miles. OAbout 8 times the combined land area of the three largest (by population) cities in the US, that between them have over 15 million people.

Or to express it another way its bigger than Road Island, and almost as big as Delaware.

That doesn't include any room for fudge factors based on the estimates being optimistic, or for future growth in demand.

Of course the real issue is the cost not the space, but the space is rather enormous.
