NHMCF....Trader, is time to buy more? Although the stock price has pulled back a bit, I agree that the business plan seems sound. I have not heard of any dissapointing news thus far. In fact, I am waiting for their IR department to announce other major deals. I anticipate this will be the case as their partnerships with SYSCO Foods and National Health Care Logistics can only mean they are slowly infiltrating the US market.
I am sure that they are closely watching their stock price, and I agree if it dips further then working capital may be an issue. In addition, their ability to form other alliances and partnerships will probably depend heavily on their stock price. Therefore, I doubt the company will allow the price to dip much more. I am curious, though, what the bottom price will be because this may be another buying opportunity.
I anticipate that this month (and likely the next) will be an important one for those already invested and those watching from the sidelines. From the last time I spoke to their IR department, I think that their 1st quarter '98 numbers are due out before the month is over. These numbers, news on upcoming deals, and hopefully another report from JP Freeman should lift this stock to the 5 dollar range if all is positive.
I have no other thoughts about the upcoming annual meeting except that adding directors usually means other partnerships and deals are in the works as has been suggested.
I continue to remain long and hopefully I can accumulate a few more shares soon. |
