I foresee the iPad becoming wildly successful, more useful and popular with each iteration. At the same time, however, I foresee people continuing to use plain old notebooks and desktop computers. Different tools for different jobs and different people. I'm looking forward to getting an iPad at some point, but I don't imagine I'll want to give up my MacBook Pro. I'll use it less, but I won't give it up.
