Indeed, for a decade, Qualcomm has not seen such capital gains as gold has done as measured in US$.

After enough years, one could start to question the ability of Qualcomm management to keep costs under control and good plans to the fore. Being backed by bankrupt self-dealing electorates and their kleptocratic politicians is disconcerting too.

It would have been fun to do so and indeed I wish I had bought a few gold bars on Grafton Road at US$323 per ounce. As per hard disc record over several years, you were right and various gold speculations would have been better than a QCOM investment.

But tomorrow is another day.

On the lonely path,
Mqurice
