Thankyou for your response. You're correct about 800,000 being 25% of 3.2 million men. My calculated range of men with diabetes in the U.S. was between 5 million and 11 million depending on the study and criteria you used, and I used 5 million (instead of 8 million) to ultimately come up with my figure of 2.5 million TOTAL men in the U.S. with ED.

This is probably too low, but my original POINT (if that is at all relevant here) is that the commonly assumed total ED market of 20 million men seems overly optimistic if one goes back to look at the numbers. It's probably less than half that but depends on which criteria you use to calculate it. All relevant and nonhysterical critiques of these numbers are welcome.
