The permit should have restrictions as to the type and condition of the feedstock. If they allowed any unwashed plastic, that would include basically every chemical/material known to man because plastic bottles can contain anything in them.

That should be the case. The permit should have restrictions as to the type and condition of the feedstock. If they allowed any unwashed plastic, that would include basically every chemical/material known to man because plastic bottles can contain anything in them.

What would the purpose of permits be if you could test the machine with one plasic and run it for real with unwashed plastic/unknown materials? Wouldn't make any sense.

This pretty much seals the deal for me. Congrats to everyone who smelled this one out from the very beginning. I didn't think I would be certain of their future this soon, but this PR says it all for me. I called it from the beginning that they would not be able to use landfill waste plastic as claimed and since they refused to disclose the type of plastic used, it must not be good news for them.

Very uncool for the CEO to make all these claims of using landfill plastic and then releasing a PR with no disclosure of the type of plastic. It's not fair to shareholders to have to keep sitting here being given the run around. All the want is they truth, good or bad.

If they were approved to use landfill waste plastic with unknown chemicals/materials in them, the DEC would basically be allowing them to put any chemical/material into the machine, which they would never allow. GAME OVER.

So the only type of plastic they will able to use is the kind that was used to get the permit?
