Karl, A one day high of 12 3/8 is not considered breaking resistance. Plus, it still closed below 11 1/2. OK, the next day it closed at 11 1/2, but could not hold it. I agree with you about the future of this company, it's just not going to happen in the near future. I've got shares and might get some more, but not this year, not now.
