idiotic response bentway -- and the article referred to is muddled as to causes for the ongoing decline in living standards -- Read something and learn something: mises.org Take a few minutes and really read something and think. What does government spending and/or stimulus really do?? It draws on the real pool of savings -- not monetary, but real stuff from the economy. Where does that stuff come from?? Does it spring into existence because money is printed?? Or is money just a medium of exchange?? Think for 2 seconds instead of flapping the gums or banging on the keyboard.
