What does he think we won? The history of iraq has not yet been written to a stable conclusion. The country is very volatile, the suni are excluded from power, the kurds have their own country effectively and the shia come increasingly under the control and influence of iran, which has become ever bolder and powerful. The man is under illusions not yet realized and very much in doubt.
