I believe I read on a different financial site that you were planning to ask questions on the upcoming DGLY Q3 cc.

As you know a DGLY competitor (ICOP) put out a press release 8/11/10 announcing the award from the DHS. Later that day ICOP released earnings and held its Q2 cc. 25:30 minutes into that CC,during the Q&A session, management of ICOP affirmed that they were the exclusive provider to that contract.

On 8/16/10 DGLY released their Q2 numbers and held its CC. During the Q&A the question of the ICOP contract came up 30:50 minutes into the call and again at the 40:45 minute mark. DGLY answered by saying that they are on the DHS approved vendor list and that they were "digging" for information as to why they were not invited to the bidding process, They said it was a "mystery" and they were "surprised" and "stumped".

It's one month later and I haven't seen an 8k stating they were contesting the award.

Would you ask on the CC if DGLY is still surprised, stumped and what their digging revealed about the mystery contract?

Is it possible that the bid invitation was sent to R.J. Falkner and they just haven't found time to forward it to DGLY?

Thanks!
Good Luck!
Mike
