the thing you posted from Hurricane Katrina was more disturbing the rounding up of guns from private citizens in their homes -- now that disturbs me ... this -- I don't know the facts and let's be clear it wasn't government versus this guy. There are other instances you can point to as true abuse -- I don't know the facts here.
