About IFLO:

The reasons I like it are as follows: 50%+ of the shares are held by insiders. Their
product creates demand for itself because once you have the equipment you must
continue to purchase their tubing and bags and etc. Their product "Band-it" is an IV
pump that runs on a rubberband. I think the rubber band "motor" is disposable so it
must be repurchased over and over itself.

With the insider holdings so high, they will bargain well if a merger is proposed. Such
mergers are commonplace in medical co's. A relative of mine works for McGaw
(IVAX subsidiary) selling electronic IV pumps. He has worked for many companies
because of mergers and acquisitions. By the way that is who told me about IFLO.

I bought some at $5 when the volume was really high. It's at $3.5 now, but with low volume. I think I will buy more at this level. This was picked as one of Individual Investor's Magic 25 for '96.

Let me know what you think.
