I do know I eat some unhealthy food just by looking at the nutrition label.RE: High sodium, High in saturated fat ect ect. There's some ingredients I have now idea what they are. Although I don't think it's listed on this board, but why DIABETES is a growing trend. Also why I think eating healthy is also a growing trend, but I fear diabetes is growing faster.
