No, it's not. You said that most people who make $250K one year do not make over it the next. And I said that if that's the case (and I don't believe it is), it's probably because most people who make over $250K just barely do so.

But it sounds like you think that not only do most people who make over $250K in a given year do not make it the next, they only make it because they get a huge windfall every now and then. That seems implausible. Do you have any evidence that that's the case?
