Excellent post (and reasoning). I am not a fortune-teller <g>. So, I cannot tell you when the upward trend will commence. It's very difficult to argue with your (and other's) logic and rationale, as it is an extremely compelling argument.

I too, am wrestling with the "lost opportunity" costs associated with this company. However, I see the elements "slightly" different than with the companies you mention above, and I will reserve my final judgement at the end of this year, when I believe the entire picture will unfold.

Until then, I will still remain long and see what, and how, and
how much of an impact this "New Novell" has on the industry in general.
