Just wrote about IVOB some at the Kitchen, too. I feel like it isn't quite there for the longer term confidence, but short term is enticing, though somewhat risky. In the medical field and subject to some uncertainties, but it is a device requiring less scrutiny than a drug, and prior results seem pretty solid for positive outcomes. It is already approved and being used successfully (babies born) in a number of countries:

It also has a lower rate for multiple births--about 12% vs 24%. Worth a look IMO.
