When you have a market leader, (dominator?) selling at below market multiples, with a strong new product roadmap, class-leading manufacturing technology and economies of scale, self-destructing competitors, and an improving relationship with its key customers, it is hard to bet against the stock continuing to do well. Most market watchers tend to focus on the state of the US PC market being the driving force for the overall PC market. That will be less true every year that goes by. World consumption of PCs will continue a strong growth rate and this makes Intel even more compelling a buy. The Network Computer is a product hatched by the PC havenots to try to derail the Wintel machine. The problem is, customers don't want an NC. The NC is a dumb terminal that does graphics. WOW! Gotta get one and scrap my PC! Probably not.

Buy and hold Intel!
