Leo: However, suing the company is like suing ourselves since the company will be using OUR money to defend the suit, and use OUR money which, would otherwise be used for R&D etc., to pay out the claims. An alternative will be to make those who benefited from the scam, i.e. the insider traders, pay triple damages. Adrian
