Elliott Rogers of Deutch Morgan Grenfell explained on CNBC that South-East Asia consumes just 6% of the Semi-Equip products coming from the U.S. and elsewhere that are being sold worldwide; that they sell a lot lot more of the Chips they produce cheaply using those equipments. He added that when investors drive the Semi-Equip stocks way way down, they "shoot first and ask questions later"...He likes AMAT, KLAC and another Semi-Equip stock.
