Yeah.. I guess you could have written something up about how the US controls the weather and inflicted a hurricane upon itself so it could kill more babies.. LOL!!!

Yeah.. people die in Hurricanes.. And their bodies, when discovered, get collected and sent to an official morgue where their cause of death is determined and recorded.

THIS IS A BASIC GOVERNMENT FUNCTION IN EVERY US STATE AND LOCALITY. It's VERY RARE when the number of deaths are so extensive that identification comes second to burial of the remains.

But apparently this is something that the Bejing government cannot even foster in its top-down management of local governments.

So if they don't care about the people who are either committing suicide, or having their bodies dumped in these rivers, what makes you think they will care about you and your capitalist buddies in HK when you become a threat to their governmental control?

You are so evasive that it's obvious to me that you're afraid to say anything negative about the government in Bejing..

If you can't criticize, and embarrass and admonish the local governments for permitting these inexcusable situations, how can the Chinese people receive the accountability they deserve?

And with no accountability, positive change is nearly impossible in the face of the rampant corruption and negligence.

I can tell you that if government officials were ignoring bodies popping up in the river, there would be a MASSIVE PUBLIC OUTRAGE and Federal investigation.
