Assuming Murray Edwards wants to keep control of III, the only way Red Chris can be financed is to find a partner to put up development capital. THE only vulnerability I can see is if Fairholme Capital's position was sold as a block to an acquisitor interested in getting 50.1% voting control. If Fairholme Capital sold their position, control would be on the street.
