I don't think that they are trying to hide anything. The CEO told me that they indicated in the 8K already filed that combined earnings would not be released until the annual earnings release in April. I have not looked at the 8K in a long time and do not remember if that was in there. I don't think that another 8K has to be filed after the merger-it is filed before the merger, I think?
