Dear Mr. Pink: You write that you invest in merger arbitrage. What about the MCI- Worldcomm merger? With WCOM paying $51 in stock, subject to $29 WCOM share price collar, the spread looks interesting. Would you consider shorting WCOM together with the MCIC purchase? How about buying GTE? Perhaps this deal is to "public" for our tastes :) Andy
