They are professional politicians and it is the political 'silly season' (not that we ever seem to get much of a break from electioneering anymore though these days....) I am curious as to what you see as an "attack"? (What policy changes?) Also, (as you indicated you were thinking of), what's wrong with electing "C" corp status if you feel LLC no longer works for you? Plenty more loopholes to take advantage of there anyway, right. (And cost of incorporation is fairly nominal... one can always choose NV or WY or DE....)
