Re: "for estate purposes" Ah! Well estate law is very much up in the air right now, that's for sure! Re: "Loopholes are a bad term for tax law...and that is taught in business school." I agree! Regardless of that conclusion though they are a FACT OF LIFE and no man has a 'moral obligation' to pay any more taxes than he is legally obligated to. :-)
