The important point is; a male or female soldier should not have to go to sleep in a foxhole only to be rudely awakened by a male or female soldier - respectively - making goo-goo eyes or advances toward them.

And, if that occurs, it should take only one brief report to a commanding officer to send the offending party out on the next helicopter and hopefully to Leavenworth.

Unwanted heterosexual advances in a Military setting are both a distraction and an abusive matter, especially in a combat situation.
