Teevee, do you have a back-of-the-envelope formula for calculating the RC value, say using Imp's own estimated value, even if conservative, and a twenty-five year mine life?

I used to think that it was bullish when a co repurchased its shares, but in recent years I have noticed that it often goes wrong because managements have the same trouble with bad timing as most other investors. Obviously the latest buyback plan will, at the very least, provide support for the stock price, but you have to wonder why they did not spend a little more money last year to buy back shares, when even a very modest sum could have put a real dent in the number of shares outstanding.
