What about Muslims from countries that do allow churches to be built? (Or those who where born in the US, who's parents where born in the US, and who support neither terrorism, nor radical Islamicism, nor the idea that churches shouldn't be able to be built in Muslim countries)

What about "free exercise" in the 1st amendment?
