ROFL! That was my first outcome too!
But then I realized that a 4.75 point increase is ONLY a 18.66 point jump in the DOW. With IBM ranking as the second largest company in the DOW (by percent impact), I didn't think it would be possible for the DOW to move almost 300 points with very little help from IBM (less than 19 points). That's when I decided to take the other angle and came up 16.50 You can see why I leaned towards the latter approach <<<g>>>.
