Something's happening at GOJO. GraphOn is consistently up within the last week+. There has been some speculation on the Yahoo board that the rise is due indirectly to a new VP of product development and directly due to the new products he's pushing out.

This could be very good news, and would go far to increasing GOJO's market value. They largely failed to monetize their IP, probably they underestimated the time and money needed to prosecute infringers. Then they rolled over on the IP, stating in their SEC filings that they weren't going to pursue infringers other than the actions already underway, which is mainly the Juniper suit. Since they had little to offer by way of exciting products, this made the company very unattractive.

So, if they can continue their increase in product revenue and run the company as a vendor, rather than as a patent troll, the market will regard them more favorably. And, just maybe, they can sell their IP suite to a well-funded patent troll. This would give them a bit of additional windfall cash.

We'll see.
