We are no where near a "most bullish" condition.

Here's a run-down:

NYSEBP is currently 58%
NYSEBP was 80% in April

BPSPX is currently 58%
BPSPX was 86% in April

All Stock BP is currently 52%
All Stock BP was 72% in April

Optional Stock BP is currently 52%
Optional Stock was 74% in April

NDX BP is currently 66%
NDX BP was 90% in April

The DWA sector bell curve is at 48.97. This is no where near a nose bleed market.

We just went through a summer corrective session. Do you remember just last month (August) how bad it felt if you were in the market? So in one month of a modest gain, we need to start to worry? I don't get it.

I told you yesterday that we're one good up day from going back to favored for domestic equities. Investing is like flying IFR, you have to trust your indicators.

I can give you more, but it's your choice. I lost only 18% in the financial crises, I've blown past my pre-crises level's.

This is a market to buy. Your concerns just tell me a lot of investors are not ready yet and we have a long way up to go.

20 Point SPX: (perfect bail out below 1020, spread triple bottom break and break-down of the bullish support line.
