Greg: My "other info"(as you put it) is "just talk" around town(Waltham, MA.) The general feeling is 3-6 months for Summit to get it burning house in order(inprove financials, public & customer relations,etc.) Then sit down with Visx to show them they(Beam)are a softer kinder Company. And all we make more money together than at each other throats. Also the PPP deal would be solved and they as one Company would be the King of the land, inlight of all the big name compitition coming. Just what is hear. But I also heard Muller would be gone and I thought that would take at least Christmas and a few week later..... bingo!!!
