Either what Black Swan suggested, or if you can use Google Docs to export in a text format and then post that. Whatever you post here needs to be something that can be loaded e.g. in Windows 'notepad' without a problem.

Formatted documents must be linked to, as SI only deals with plain text plus a tiny bit of html-type formatting, e.g. the

[chart

tag for a jpeg file somewhere on the web

(missing the ] so it would post correctly.
