>>>[Think] of suing the company is more like redistributing the resources,
rightfully back to the shareholders. <<<

Leo,

Seems I've heard this before. Oh yeah, "Workers of the world unite."

What is this with you? Some sort of megalomanic compulsion to win the award for waffle of the year??

First you're the protagonist darling of S3, and now you're the quixotic antagonist to "sue" the bastards for the "good" of the shareholders.

WE are the shareholders mister. WE hurt ourselves by paying the goddamn lawyers with OUR money.

Sure Leo, sue S3 and recover .40 a share while losing $2-$3 per share in the process. Yes, that's brilliant. Wake up out of your 7th grade, Economics class dream.

Johnson NEEDS to go and the company NEEDS to forge ahead. This was not fraud, it was unscrutinized and poor business practice, coupled with a pallid CEO who doesn't have a clue about people.

Redistributing resources my ass. LOL...

Onward,

George
