Why not eliminate welfare at the federal level? Isn't that something the states can determine on their own? Why not scrap the current tax system to one that's simple, fair & ensures the Federal gov't is forced to restrain spending to only the absolute necessary programs? What about all the Federal agencies & laws in place that are not powers granted to the Federal Gov't in the Constitution?
