We are ok if they want to do a reverse split, because there is growing underlying value for each share no matter how it is sliced.

Also a reverse split could get them on Amex faster if they want to keep following the silver Wheaton and Wheaton river examples.

However we might be happier with stock than with the current warrants. Why? Because four warrants to buy a share is a hard sell.
Warrants are a modest brain challenge to start with.
