right now it is one for one with no cap. u.s. 60 cent strike. expiration date is april 23 2014.

i did have one more thought about the HYPOTHETICAL effect of a reverse split on the warrants.

NO SUCH REVERSE SPLIT IS BEING DISCUSSED THAT WE KNOW OF. THIS IS ALL HYPOTHETICAL.

if they did so and followed the glw model, which seems likely since watson is on the glw board and the group is still tight, then what would happen is this:

say there were a ten for one reverse, which is unlikely, but that is what they did with glw.

your ten old warrants would become one new warrant to buy ssl common at u.s. 6.00 instead of u.s. 60 cent. and the reverse on the stock would be that your ten old shares would be one new share worth c8.40 (based on today's quote on the stock of c84 cents). so in that case, both the warrants and the stock would be unmolested by the reverse split, in my view.
