Al, > The controversy is dominated by politics...I don't think there is a technical controversy. Economics is far from an exact science. Models are used to describe and predict behaviors, but the models are only as good as the assumptions made. Politics is taking the CBO numbers and using them in ways that the models never intended for them to be used. Calling B.S. on that practice isn't partisan.
