when has Hoye ever been bullish on the metals -- it seems like he is always "cautious" and calling for a "retrace" or "correction" -- if memory serves he was calling caution before the latest breakout of the silver shares -- when they were clearly in a bullish formation. I just don't see that he is all that good.
