It's pretty clear to me when I re-read it...there is no politics_free debate on this topic. You said that there is...so show us some examples. When you make a statement that calls the CBO's model "worthless" and then admit that there is no other way you know of to estimate the effectiveness of $$ spent, that's politics talking. My point is that if you can't improve on it, shut up. OK?
