Z, my view is that overly progressive tax rates do more to preserve class inequality than reduce it.

Wanna go after wealth? Tax property, not income. After all, money has to move, no?

I'm still waiting for someone to describe the logic of the rich "wishing" they could pay more taxes. Why don't they just voluntarily donate them? Such as Facebook Zuck, who just donated $100M to the NJ public school system?
